By booking a party or event with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

A paid deposit or full payment is required to reserve your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

All remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided in your booking confirmation.

2. Event Supervision

While we provide an on-site host to supervise game play inside the trailer, parents or responsible adults must remain present at the event at all times.

We are not responsible for supervising children outside the gaming trailer.

3. Setup Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing:

• A safe, legal parking space for the trailer

• Adequate clearance for setup (free of obstacles, low branches, or hazards)

• A safe environment for guests and staff

If safe setup conditions are not available upon arrival, the event may be canceled without refund.

4. Safety Rules

To ensure a fun and safe experience:

• No food, drinks, or gum are allowed inside the trailer

• No roughhousing, pushing, or unsafe behavior

• Guests must follow the host’s instructions at all times

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the trailer for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

5. Damage to Equipment

The booking party is responsible for any damage to equipment or the trailer caused by guests due to misuse, vandalism, or failure to follow safety rules.

Charges for repair or replacement may be billed to the responsible party.

6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Our trailer is climate-controlled and can operate in most weather. However, in cases of severe or unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the event.

If we must cancel due to equipment failure or an issue on our end, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our posted Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

8. Photography & Video

We may take photos or short videos during events for promotional use (website or social media). If you prefer that we do not use images from your event, please notify us in writing before the party.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

• Allergic reactions, medical conditions, or pre-existing injuries

• Incidents occurring outside of the gaming trailer

By booking with us, you agree to release and hold harmless Wasatch Gaming and its staff from claims arising from normal participation in the event.

By booking an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
