Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change! Because we reserve your date and turn away other bookings, the following policy helps us stay fair to all families.

🔒 Deposit

A deposit (or full payment, if applicable) is required to reserve your party date and time. Once booked, your time slot is exclusively held for your event.

📅 Cancellations

More than 7 days before your event
You may cancel and receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

Within 7 days of your event
Payments are non-refundable, but we’re happy to help you reschedule (see below).

🔁 Rescheduling

We know things come up — illness, family emergencies, or weather issues.

• You may reschedule one time at no charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before your event

• The new date must be within 60 days of the original booking

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

🌧 Weather Policy

Our trailer is climate-controlled and can operate in most weather. However, in cases of severe or unsafe weather (heavy snow, dangerous storms, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost.

⏰ Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

Cancellations made on the day of the event or if we are unable to operate due to lack of access, power, or a safe setup area are non-refundable.
